Here you can see some photos of the places where I used to live / live now.

I was born in Freiburg, a beautiful town in the south-western corner of Germany, in 1979.
There I lived (actually in Merzhausen, a village nearby) until 2002.
Then I went to the lovely city of Gteborg, Sweden, as an exchange student for one year. If you can read German, have a look at my Erfahrungsbericht (PDF Version).
From summer 2003 to January 2006, I studied a Master's programme called Computational Logic in the amazing city of Dresden.
In summer 2004, I was in Paris for ten weeks to do a summer internship with Sony Computer Science Lab.
Since February 2006, I've been working as a PhD student in Amsterdam, at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation. My mission is to connect Game Theory and Computer Science...
During summer 2008, I visited Professor Parikh at CUNY Graduate Center in New York. Since I had already done some touristy stuff the previous year (and also was sitting mostly at university this time...), there are only a few new impressions to be found here.
